The functions available without registration include:

• Verification of the Tax Code and VAT number
• Booking a web ticket at a local office and checking the queue status
• Booking an appointment at a local office and viewing the booked appointments

In particular, the web ticket allows users to reserve a fast-track ticket at a local office for same-day use, specifically for certain services. This eliminates the need to wait in line at the office. By checking the queue status from their device, users can see the latest tickets called at the selected local office and monitor the progress of the queue. This is helpful to determine if it's near their turn, in case the user needs to step away temporarily. Lastly, booking appointments allows users to schedule an appointment at a local office for a desired service, selecting from available dates and times. Users receive a confirmation email upon successful booking, and all booked appointments can be viewed in the appointments list.

On the other hand, functions accessible through a PIN and password issued by the Italian Revenue Agency are related to personal information. Specifically, these include:

• Checking the status of assistance requests submitted through the CIVIS channel
• Viewing receipts for submitted documents

Additionally, users can access their "Cassetto Fiscale" (tax drawer) via the app. In addition to basic personal data known to the Revenue Agency, users can also view their income information and payments made using the F24 form.

Lastly, intermediaries can access their clients' "Cassetto Fiscale" upon receiving proper authorization. They can also access the list of receipts for submitted documents.
